Matt Garratt

Matt has spent over 15 years working in instructional design, Vocational Education & Training, logistics and leadership development. He has overseen and managed large-scale, digital implementation projects and helped develop organisation-wide training and competency solutions.

Matt provides training and development advice and support to the RISSB network and oversees RISSB’s catalogue of training, eLearning products and the popular Horizons program. Having facilitated completed several courses in leadership, Matt is an accredited DISC Practitioner and brings a sense of playfulness, fun and challenge to the Horizons experience.
